– Client unaware of overcharges from existing retail energy provider due to lack of utility renewal
– Experienced numerous utility billing statements, resulting in disorderly utility administration
– Company experienced multiple expansions, building permit delays and proposed unnecessary meter fees

Result:

– Secured utility renewal including modified energy supply terms with a retail electric provider
– Captured $158,057+ in annual energy savings
– Consolidated clients ongoing utility invoices via master billing and online billing system
– Centralized invoices and contractual terms, waived all meter fees
– Ensured completion of building permit, ESI IDs

Company Background:

– Client is a leader in energy services comprised of pipeline, cylinder assembly and maintenance services throughout the United States. Client’s energy use is derived from pipeline constructional services, hydro-transmission advancements, electrical instrumentation and other related site development solutions.

Analysis:

– Client experienced multiple contractual managerial and administrative burdens, misinterpretation on utility savings through traditional utility renewal benefits.
– Existing retail energy provider failed to provide adequate renewal communication to client; resulted in (3) years of market overcharges.
– Client experienced increased energy prices, market volatility and incompatible billing methods with existing provider
– Due to company expansion, client required future meter add-ons and power.

Result:

– Provided educational and cost analysis with client’s existing and projected utility cost differentiation
– Elected retail energy provider on client’s behalf, provided greatest return on savings, consolidated billing and online portal for efficient billing
– Client retained $361,393 in utility savings by renewing electric accounts for 5 year term

– Founded in May 1976, containing more than 1,500 restaurants, within Canada.
– Company is infamous for their foreign casual dining for an affordable value.

Analysis:

– Exclusively retailed by client and became involved with project management coordination in identifying constructional-related objectives.
– Facilitated proxy historical energy data, identical to client’s future energy usage and demand.
– Procured energy supplier with modified provisions favorable to client’s risk tolerance.
– Unfamiliar with the energy market in Texas.

Results:

– Client avoided $289,233 in savings, annually
– Successfully obtained advantageous energy terms aligned with client’s budgetary cost.
– Assigned client with DEM for all managerial and advisory services; reducing further organizational burden.
– Provided online billing access and portal login.
– Removed all meter add-on fees and other related charges.

– Facilitated, managed and recovered utility tax charges to client, totaling to $72,383.38
– Pre-secured custom energy supply agreement prior to expiration, resulting in $33,282 immediate savings
